First time home buyer tips

With the Toronto real estate market exploding, it is becoming harder and harder for millennials to buy their first home. Most clients that I speak to have put in offers on more than three homes before they get an offer accepted. The hardest part is dealing with the financials. Here are a few tips to make that a little easier.
